Home made!
Ive been busy making my own detergents! I made dish washer, laundry, and kid soap! Id been wanting to do this forever... so glad i finally did!
they are kinda a mixture of a few recipes i saw online... but here they are!
detergent= i box borax, i box washing soda, 1/2 liter (i think... its the tall skinny 1/2 size box) of epsom salt
laundry detergent= 1 box borax, 1 box washing soda, 3 bars dr bronners lavendar soap (shaved and then ground in my magic bullet- bc i wanted a powder) , 1/2 tub of oxi clean (bc i already had this), some of downeys scent booster pellets ( ground up.. i had a couple free packets so i just threw them in there too!)
cetaphil= about a gallon of water (a tad less since you add stuff to it) boil the water, 1 bar of cetaphil (or whatever soap you like) shaved, then add to water, 2 Tbsp of glycerin (found in bandaid section)... let all soap melt, boil for about 15 min or so, then let it cool for 12 hrs. if it gels, then mix it and pour it into a container.... i figure this will make my soap last SO MUCH LONGER!!! i like cetaphil for the kids bc its gentle but it is sooo expensive! and the bars seem to go really quick!
